To comply with SB 1 requirements for syllabus access, the university adopted Simple Syllabus, an online repository for course syllabi.

For students and instructors, Simple Syllabus is integrated into CarmenCanvas.

Instructors should visit the Faculty Affairs website for more guidance on Simple Syllabus.

Syllabus Committee

A committee made up of students, faculty and staff guided implementation of Simple Syllabus and established expectations for instructors. The committee was composed of faculty members representing a range of colleges and campuses as well as undergraduate and graduate students.
